The multi-year overarching theme reflects the ambitious and important objective at hand for the learning & development function and professionals in order to make a meaningful contribution to the organization. A plethora of questions need to be asked, debated and answered in order for this to happen, efficiently and continually. We believe this is not attainable in a single event but has to be along term endeavour. Within the overall theme, the summit shall focus on specific topics every year which shall serve as milestones towards achieving the longer term objective.
